Friends Baby Showers

We had a weekend of baby showers here!! To top it off, they were both for sweet little girls due July/August!

First we had baby Adelaide's shower.

Me and the mommy-to-be Elyse

The yummy shower food =)

The gift table

They opted to have a display table and had guests bring the gifts unwrapped as to save trees and time. I thought it was a cute idea. We could "oooo" and "awww" over all of the gifts at our leisure.

Changing pad cover, wetbag, changing mat and ruffle butt onesie made by yours truly!

Then we celebrated baby Charlotte.

Happy Father's Day

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,
Then God combined these qualities,
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called it ... Dad

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!
The day we returned from Fredericksburg was Father's day. Little man had made daddy a super sweet card with the help from his Grammy. He helped daddy open his present that little man and I picked out before the trip- tons of grilling accessories for our new grill we are getting next month!

Fredericksburg, TX

For our 5th anniversary, we decided to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in Fredericksburg. Little man stayed with his grammy, and bug tagged along with us. He was a perfect angel and slept almost the whole trip!

We stayed in this super cute and quaint cottage just off of main st.

We ate local "German" cuisine

and some yummy touristy favorites
Rather Sweet Cafe'

Mamacitas Mexican Resturant

Java Ranch
We had a blast strolling down main and poking into the cute little shops.

Antiqued shopped 'till we dropped {literally}!

Went to a great wine tasting and found a new favorite wine- petit verdot. We bought a bottle to drink next year on our anniversary!

We had a really nice time at Wildseed wildflower farm.

Wonderful flowers on the farm
{this little beaut came home with us!}

And of course we couldn't leave with out some yummy peaches, nectarines, plumbs and blackberries from Rudebaker Farm! YUM!

We had such a nice time, and cannot wait to go back!

Our sweet trio {miss you little man!}

and cutie bug in the sink taking a bath =)
